Olive & Oak Floral is a husband and wife duo based in San Marcos, TX. Our work is inspired by where we’ve been and the people we’ve met along the way, with a style that feels fresh, natural, and romantic. We’ve never done anything halfway, and that commitment to excellence can be seen and felt with every interaction you have with our work.
Our business is targeted towards those who love the finer things in life and crave a bit of nature on their wedding day. All our moodboards are unique, and every wedding looks a little different- even if it’s the same color palette and season. Your florals are fully custom to you- from adding your favorite sweet peas in your centerpieces to tying your grandmother’s scarf around your bouquet- we want our flowers to feel perfectly, uniquely tailored to you.

Marisa Brown
Owner & Lead Designer
Never one to describe herself as creative growing up, Marisa has a UT Economics degree in a closet, a TI-84 Plus at the ready, and a shocking dependency on Excel for event days. Flowers came much later in life, and have largely taken over. She's in charge of the flowers, web design, and social media. More than floristry, Marisa prides herself on her ability to communicate so that every client feels seen and heard.

Carlos Tirado Day
Owner & Operations
Born and raised in Guadalajara, Mexico, Carlos was bred for entrepreneurship. After meeting Marisa in Mexico City, he immigrated to Texas where he could get eat his fill of his favorite foods: barbecue and hamburgers. Carlos handles Olive & Oak Floral’s finances and provides most of the man power on event days. Spot him hauling in your wedding candles day-of.
